Kristina is a personal growth expert with nearly 20 years of experience working with hundreds of clients from every background, age and industry and has been a student of metaphysics, healing, spirituality, and religion for over three decades. Her specialties include helping you understand who you are and what you're here to do, getting to the root of where you're stuck, understanding how past lives affect this one, and connecting with loved ones and guides on the other side.

What can I expect?
An in-depth conversation that covers the scope of your life, how you got to where you are now, where you are stuck and/or are ready to go to the next level. Using a personal and spiritual growth lens, Kristina meets you where you are and is able to quickly and accurately assess the key to your discontent, unlock the root of it and provide understanding, tools and resources to reframe your situation and get you re-aligned and moving in the right direction with more clarity, ease, confidence and enthusiasm.
The sessions can range from talking about your career, personal life, relationships, health, daily habits, spiritual or religious practices and experience. We can use your resume and birth chart and anything else that is relevant to the session.
Kristina offers elements of being a trusted advisor, guide, mentor, therapist, best friend, medium, astrologer, tough love coach, and overall nurturing support – whatever is needed for you to learn, heal and grow in the power and potential of who you are and why you came here.
