  • We reserve our practitioner’s time, treatment room, and specific equipment, especially for you upon your booking, and begin exclusive preparations for your visit. We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. You may reschedule once within 24 hours by phone. Any subsequent rescheduling will be unaccepted and result in a fee equal to the full amount of the scheduled service if you are unable to make your appointment.

    Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance using the appointment cancellation or rescheduling links in your confirmation email to avoid being charged any fees. You may also call us at 1-646-476-4847 to reschedule your appointment.

    Late cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled appointments or no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee in the full amount of the scheduled service. We appreciate your courtesy and consideration!

  • Login to Momence and click the coordinating category in the menu. For the easiest experience, download the Momence app. There will also be a link to manage your appointment in your confirmation email.

  • You may find sign-up links to our wide-array of amazing group sessions and workshops on websites such Eventbright, however, the discount codes such as Ascentiah15 for new clients is only applicable when booking directly through Momence.

  • 4.5% payment processing fee is not refundable. To prevent being charged this fee, please reschedule your appointment or for Momence bookings you may opt to receive a refund for the full amount as credits to your account that can be applied to a future service, group session, or package.
