Packages & Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
Packages & Gift Certificate Expiration: All service packages, gift certificates, programs, and courses must be used before their expiration date. The expiration date for each service is mentioned in its description. You can find the expiration date in your Momence account dashboard. If you are unsure about the expiration date of your package, please contact us at info@ascentiah.com.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on packages, gift certificates, programs, and courses.
Transfer Policy: All service packages, gift certificates, programs, and courses are non-transferable.
Expired Packages: We do not offer refunds, reimbursements, or credits for expired packages, gift certificates, programs, and courses.
Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Term: 3-month non-negotiable commitment. Monthly auto-renewal after an initial 3-month period.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel anytime after 3-month membership period with 30-days notice via email or phone call. It must be processed 30 days before each billing cycle.
Non-refundable.
Rollover: Unused services do not rollover from month to month.
Details: Membership provides access to the reduced costs services as listed on the website. Ascentiah Healing Center retains the right to change, alter, or remove services at any time. Discounts may not be used in combination with any other promotions, programs, packages, or memberships unless otherwise approved or noted.
Scheduled Appointment No-Show & Cancellation Fee: Clients who are no-shows for their allocated appointments will be charged in full for their appointments, or a credit will be utilized. Missed Group Sessions for Unlimited Group Sessions Membership will result in a $33 no-show fee.
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes after their scheduled time may be allowed to use the remaining time of their appointment.
Rescheduling within 24 hours: Rrescheduling your private session appointment within 24 hours will result in an $80 rescheduling fee. Failure to reschedule will result in a charge or redeemed service credit. For Unlimited Group Session Membership, canceling or rescheduling a group session within 24 hours will result in a $33 fee.
Membership Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership no less than 30 days before your next scheduled payment and only after the initial 3-month period. Cancellation prior to your 3-month anniversary will result in the immediate charge of the remaining balance of the 3-month term. Ascentiah holds the right to cancel your membership at our sole discretion at any time. Should your membership be canceled by the action of Ascentiah Healing Center’s decision, you may be prorated a refund for the remaining portion of your month.
Transfer Policy: Memberships are non-transferable.
How to Cancel your Membership: To cancel your membership, you must email your request to info@ascentiah.com and submit a request for cancellation.
Upgrading to another membership: Members may elect to upgrade to any membership with a higher monthly rate after the first 2 months of their membership. However, the upgrade will still result in a new 3-month period at the new membership rate. Members are not able to downgrade their memberships until the 3-month commitment is over. If you wish to upgrade, please contact info@ascentiah.com and submit a request to upgrade.
Recurring Payment Grace Period & Late Fee: If the saved payment method on file is unsuccessful, the card will be recharged 3 times, every 3 days, during a 10-day grace period. Following the grace period, a $20 late fee will be charged every week until resolved.
Pausing Your Membership: After the first 3 months of your membership, members may elect to pause their memberships for up to 1 month. Paused time will not shorten or change the 3-month period of your commitment.
Government Mandated Lockdown: In the event the government mandates a lockdown that results in the closure of Ascentiah Healing Center, your membership will automatically be paused from the first day of the lockdown until the lockdown is lifted. Upon the mandate being lifted and Ascentiah Healing Center is reopened, your membership will automatically be restarted. The government pause does not include the pause you are granted as part of this membership. A government pauses does not count toward the 3 months of your membership commitment.
Membership Agreement & Disclosures: This Agreement is between you (the Member and the Buyer if different then the Member), and Ascentiah Healing Center. You have elected to pay for your payment on a monthly basis. Your first monthly/recurring payment is due at the time of sale. Your monthly recurring payment is due the same day of each month thereafter until your membership expires, is canceled or terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
