I tried the Sound Healing Journey Group Session for the first time with Myda and it was a most relaxing transcendental experience. After few minutes, I went into an unexpected slumber. Half way through the hour I woke up not recalling were I was of what time it was! When it was all over, I felt light as a feather and re-energized. Myda is a skilled master at creating the perfect sounds for your sublime experience. I highly recommend her.
If sound bath is not your preference, I will also recommend a Reiki guided meditation class with Mariko. She has the most gentle touch and pure beautiful energy. She is a seasoned Reiki Master. You may want to try a one-to-one session with her for an all around personal experience.
