In this ceremony, we will work with a 3-step breathing technique to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. The shamanic breathwork technique supports nervous system regulation, elevates your vibration, quiets the mind, and activates all the chakras to receive clear guidance from the higher self, your guides, and allies.
