Agreement Policy

Welcome to the community of healers at Ascentiah Healing Center! As a member of our family, we request that you contribute to creating a peaceful and serene environment for everyone. To achieve this, we would like to share some important guidelines and reminders we hold dear to our hearts. Please take the time to carefully read and follow them whenever you are in our space.

Renting Space:

  • Rooms can be rented for a minimum of 60 minutes and additional time can be added in 15-minute increments.

  • You have an extra 10-minute window before and after your rental period for setup and breakdown.

  • Please be respectful of the next renter by leaving your room promptly at the end of your booking.

  • If you exceed your rental time by 10 minutes, you will be billed for an additional 15 minutes in increments.

    Room Rental Cancellation Policy:

  • Hourly Rental under 4 hours, cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance.

  • For 4-hour Block Rentals, we require 72-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • For Single Full-Day Rentals, a 7-day cancellation policy applies.

  • For Multiple Full-Day bookings, a 21-day cancellation policy applies.
    o If you cancel your booking before the 21-day cancellation deadline, you lose your deposit of 25% of the rent. You will be refunded for the balance 75%, but a 4.5% processing fee will be deducted. You can also transfer the deposit balance of 75% to your new booking dates.

If you cancel or reschedule your booking within 21 days of the scheduled date, you will not be eligible for a refund.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please inform us in advance by using the cancellation or rescheduling links provided in your confirmation email. It is

important that you do so within the given time frame. If you fail to show up or cancel late, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full rental amount.

• If you cancel your booking before the deadline, you can transfer the credit to your future booking or you may request a refund, but a 4.5% processing fee will be deducted.

Booking Deposit:

A 25% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required for Multiple Full-Day bookings for any rooms (bookings span over two or more days with at least 8 consecutive hours in a room per day.) 25% of the payment you make when you book a room is considered as non-refundable booking deposit.

Sound & Noise Etiquette:

  • Please keep the noise level in our treatment rooms to a minimum by avoiding screaming and playing loud music.

    o When you are on a Zoom call/online session, please kindly utilize headphones to reduce any disruptive noise.

    o Even though we have thick walls between the rooms, sound travels, and we would appreciate it if you could be considerate when engaging in conversations that may become loud.

  • Noise in the hallways is kept to a whisper.

  • We love beautiful shoes, but heavy walking in heels can be distracting. Please be

    mindful.

  • Speakers are provided in each rental room. Please monitor the volume of recordings to ensure that fellow renters are not disturbed.

  • Additional equipment brought in to amplify sound is not permitted.

  • Any sound requests or questions should be directed to the front desk info@ascentiah.com.

    Pantry:

  • The pantry is a shared space. Remember to do your own dishes, including those for your clients.

    Food:

  • No food or drink (except water) is allowed in the treatment rooms.

  • If you have an event and would like to have food in the rental room, a $35 cleaning fee (per room, per day) will be included with your booking.

Business Hours:

10am-8pm Monday–Friday
10am-7pm Saturday
11am-6pm Sunday

We allow practioners who rent the room for the whole day to arrive up to 15 minutes early and stay up to 15 minutes late for client preparation and cleanup.

Room Set-Up:

  • At the end of your rental hour/day, please make sure to leave the room in the same condition as when you arrived. This means disposing of all trash in the garbage, properly disposing of any sharps used, removing your supplies from the room and bringing them with you, and returning any cups or glasses to the pantry and washing them. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the space clean and tidy.

  • After using the room, turn on the air purifier and leave the door open to improve air circulation and indicate room availability.

  • Your Client Check-In Assistance: Upon your arrival each day, we ask that you stop at the front desk to check in and provide them with your list of clients’ names for the day so we can let you know when they arrive.

General Etiquette:

  • We welcome you to enjoy the waiting area, but kindly give up your seat for guests who need it. Napping is not allowed in the waiting area.

  • Remember to close the door behind you gently to avoid slamming.

  • The Tachyon Healing Chamber is a sacred space. Entry is only allowed with permission. If you book a session, please check in at the front desk first.

  • Photographing or video recording the Tachyon Healing Chamber and its room is strictly prohibited, and sharing such content with anyone is not allowed.

  • Please remove your shoes when entering the Goddess Room and store them in the closet located right next to it.

    Liability:

  • Ascentiah Healing Center is not responsible for injury to anyone renting space or to those visiting and attending your rental activities.

  • Renters are expected to have their own liability insurance.

  • Please keep all personal belongings with you at all times.

  • Ascentiah Healing Center is not responsible for Lost or Stolen items. Inquire with the

    office to locate the Lost & Found.

  • No Pets permitted on premises unless it is a Service Animal.

    Code of Conduct:

    As we continue to build our Ascentiah Healing Center community, we thrive to facilitate a professional and ethical environment for everyone. In support of this, please respect the practices and clients of other practioners.

    Termina$on Clause:

    Ascentiah Healing Center reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone, at anytime, for any reason.
