Terms & Conditions — Service Packages
By purchasing a service package from Ascentiah Healing Center, you agree to the following terms.
1. Package Details
Packages may include any combination of individual coaching sessions, Tachyon Healing Chamber sessions, and other healing or wellness treatments as specified in the package listing at the time of purchase. All sessions are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Ascentiah Healing Center reserves the right to adjust session formats, scheduling availability, or supplementary offerings at its sole discretion. Such adjustments do not affect your payment obligations.
2. Package Expiration
All sessions and services included in a package are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. Sessions not scheduled and completed prior to the expiration date are forfeited without refund, credit, or extension.
Expiration dates will not be extended due to illness, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason unless explicitly agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of Ascentiah Healing Center. Extensions are granted solely at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
It is your responsibility to schedule and use all sessions before the expiration date. We encourage scheduling sessions promptly upon purchase.
3. Payment Terms
You agree to pay the full price for your selected package as confirmed at the time of purchase, and to provide and maintain a valid, active, unblocked payment method on file at all times. You authorize Adantiah LLC DBA Ascentiah Healing Center to charge that payment method for all agreed-upon payments on their scheduled dates.
No Refund Policy
All payments made toward a package are final and non-refundable, without exception — regardless of whether you use all sessions, cancel unused sessions, or request a refund for any reason, including personal, medical, scheduling, or family circumstances. The 4.5% payment processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Commitment to Full Payment
By purchasing a package, you commit to paying the total package fee in full. All scheduled installment payments remain due and collectible regardless of whether you use all included sessions, cancel appointments, or discontinue participation. Non-use of sessions does not reduce or eliminate the payment obligation.
Active Payment Method Requirement
You agree to keep a valid, unblocked payment method on file for the duration of any payment plan. If a payment is declined, you agree to provide an alternative payment method within 3 business days. Blocking, reversing, or instructing your financial institution to refuse a scheduled charge does not cancel your agreement with us and does not relieve you of your financial obligations.
Returned Payment & Processing Fees
You agree to pay any fees we incur resulting from returned, declined, or failed payment transactions. Such fees will be added to your outstanding balance.
4. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Scheduling
All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system, within the 180-day validity period. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your scheduling preferences, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We reserve the practitioner's time, treatment room, and specific equipment exclusively for each client upon booking, and begin preparations in advance. A strict 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all scheduled sessions.
● You may reschedule once within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment at no charge.
● Any subsequent rescheduling within the 24-hour window will result in a fee equal to the full value of the session, deducted from your package.
● Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance using the appointment management link in your booking confirmation, through your account dashboard, or by calling 1-917-620-0054.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full value of the scheduled session, deducted from your package. No refund or credit will be issued.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled session, you may forfeit a portion of the session time. The session will still be counted as used from your package, and no additional time will be provided.
5. Default, Suspension & Termination
You will be considered in default under these terms if you:
● Fail to make a scheduled payment within 5 business days of its due date;
● Block, reverse, or instruct your financial institution to refuse a scheduled charge;
● Initiate a chargeback or payment dispute related to any package payment;
● Provide false, expired, or invalid payment information; or
● Otherwise materially breach these terms.
Upon default, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without further notice, to: suspend your access to all remaining package sessions and services; declare the entire remaining package balance immediately due and payable; pursue collection through any legally available means, including referral to a collections agency or legal proceedings; and permanently revoke your package without right to reinstatement.
Choosing not to schedule or attend sessions does not cure a default or reduce the amount owed. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we will respond with all available documentation, including your signed agreement, payment records, and communications. Initiating a chargeback does not cancel your agreement with us, and you remain fully liable for all amounts owed.
6. General Provisions
Non-Transferable
Packages are personal and non-transferable. Sessions may not be shared with, assigned to, or used by any other individual. Package value cannot be applied toward other services or programs.
Disclaimers & Release of Liability
Services offered by Ascentiah Healing Center are complementary wellness and healing modalities and are not substitutes for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Results are not guaranteed. You participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your choices and outcomes. You release Adantiah LLC DBA Ascentiah Healing Center, Hiromi Akiyama, and all affiliated parties from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from use of our services.
Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions will be held in strict confidence. You agree not to reproduce or distribute any proprietary materials, methods, or content from sessions without our prior written consent.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York County, New York.
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with your signed Package Purchase Agreement, constitute the entire understanding between you and Ascentiah Healing Center regarding your package purchase. No verbal representations, prior discussions, or modifications are binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
