Terms & Conditions — Services, Waiver & Release

By booking or participating in any session, treatment, coaching service, or reading with Ascentiah Healing Center, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services

The treatments, therapies, coaching services, and readings offered by Ascentiah Healing Center do not diagnose or treat disease or medical conditions, and cannot replace professional medical treatment. Each practitioner works with you using their own selection of modalities, therapeutic techniques, coaching methods, and intuitive practices. If you are not comfortable with a specific approach and do not want it used in your sessions, please notify your practitioner right away.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

The healing modalities, life and career coaching services, and intuitive or psychic medium readings offered by Ascentiah Healing Center are not intended, and should not be used, to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice from a licensed professional. Any statements or opinions shared by a practitioner are theirs alone, and all information provided is for informational and personal guidance purposes only.

3. No Professional Relationship Created

Participating in sessions with a practitioner does not create a physician-patient, therapist-patient, attorney-client, or financial advisor-client relationship. Practitioners offering coaching services are not employment agents, business managers, financial analysts, or psychotherapists, and will not procure employment or business opportunities, provide accounting or investment advice, or deliver psychological counseling or behavioral therapy. You are solely responsible for consulting a licensed professional for any medical, mental health, legal, or financial needs, and you agree not to hold any practitioner liable for harm resulting from your failure to do so.

4. Release of Liability & Indemnification

By purchasing or participating in any services — including healing sessions, coaching sessions, or intuitive readings — you agree that you will not hold any practitioner liable for any injury, illness, damages, harm, or losses of any kind that you might incur as a direct or indirect result. You further agree to indemnify and defend the practitioner against any claims made by any person other than yourself arising from your participation. This waiver and indemnity extend to Adantiah LLC DBA Ascentiah Healing Center, along with its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

There is no guarantee that any advice, guidance, or insight given during a session will produce a desired outcome. You agree not to hold Ascentiah Healing Center or its officers responsible for any harm or lack of results. You release Ascentiah Healing Center from any and all liability, now and in the future, that may occur as a result of following any advice or guidance provided.

6. Voluntary Participation

You acknowledge that services are received for yourself or on behalf of a family member, and that it is your choice to adhere to or reject any advice, suggestions, or guidance provided. Your participation and follow-through on any recommendations are entirely voluntary. By booking a session, you accept full responsibility for any decisions you make or actions you take based on a session with a practitioner, including coaching sessions and intuitive or psychic medium readings.

7. Supplements & Products

Any advice regarding dietary supplements, water, or other items sold, provided, or recommended by Ascentiah Healing Center is offered as opinion only, and these products may not have been evaluated or approved by the FDA. Ascentiah Healing Center is not liable for any negative repercussions arising from your use of such products.

8. Product Liability

By agreeing to these terms, you accept that Ascentiah Healing Center will not be held accountable for any issues, health-related or otherwise, that may result from consuming a product suggested or recommended by Ascentiah Healing Center. You are responsible for evaluating any health risks involved in consuming a dietary supplement, water, or any other item sold or recommended by Ascentiah Healing Center.

9. Cancellation Policy

A strict 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect, with one rescheduled appointment allowed. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a full-service fee. In the event of cancellation, the 4.5% payment processing fee is non-refundable.

10. Payment for Rendered & Scheduled Services

All services rendered by Ascentiah Healing Center are non-refundable. Payment is due in full for any session that has been booked and delivered, regardless of whether it was prepaid, purchased as part of a package, or billed at the time of service. Sessions that have been scheduled and paid for are likewise non-refundable; cancellations made outside the 24-hour notice window will forfeit the payment in full, in accordance with the cancellation policy in Section 9. By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept this payment obligation.

11. Packages, Gift Certificates & Prepaid Services

There are no refunds for packages, gift certificates, or prepaid services. All must be used before the expiration date, which is found in your account dashboard. Once expired, no refunds or credits will be issued.

12. Acknowledgment

By booking or participating in services with Ascentiah Healing Center, you confirm that you have read and fully understand these terms, and that your acceptance is a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the State of New York.
